Bystander Response Training: April 6th 10am #NewOrleansEast @NOLAlibrary * Before first responders arrive, you can save a life by knowing how to provide Hands Only CPR, give naloxone, and stop bleeding. This class will teach participants how to identify someone who has overdosed from opioids, gone into cardiac arrest or has uncontrolled bleeding, and how to provide life saving treatment before EMS arrives.
