We will be installing CFL's with volunteers on Friday in Algiers. Below I inserted a map in which area we will be. We can still add about 10 - 15 homes to our routes. If you know anybody in that area, please encourage them to call me before tomorrow 4pm. They will get their bulbs on Friday morning between 8-12. Thanks, Andreas
