NOPD TO HOLD SERIES OF COMMUNITY MEETINGS ON CONSENT
DECREE PROGRESS
NEW ORLEANS—The NOPD
will hold a series of community meetings over the next two weeks to
update the community on the progress the department has made in
complying with the federal consent decree and to discuss ways the
department is working to engage with the community.
The department will hold one meeting in each police
district. All meetings will start at 6 p.m.
