The Purpose of The Activities Are to Bring Unity in The Total Community, While Providing Outreach Services Through The Promotion of Adaptive/Paralympic Sports And Recreational Activities For The Community’s Disabled Population.  It Will Also Engage All Citizens in Olympic Day Awareness And a Community Fest Designed to Build on Better Total Community Relationships That Help Advance The Health, Social And Economic Quality of Life For All.

5.    S.M.C.L./CSC & NORDC Community Unity Fest Fundraiser:  June 25th – June 28th (Dates Confirmed/ NORDC Headquarters Site Location, 5420 Franklin Ave.) The Purpose is to Promote NORDC Special Programs Division and S.M.C.L. Partnership on The Development and Growth of Weekly/Daily Adaptive & Paralympic Sports and Therapeutic Recreational Programs For The Community’s Youth, First Responders, Military Veterans and Other Citizens of Metro New Orleans With Special Needs.
